Arrive at the communal garage, park in your designated space, and take the elevator or stairs up to the 2nd floor. As you step inside, you’ll be welcomed by a warm entryway complete with custom built-in storage and a bench. The main living area, with its elevated ceilings and open floor plan, invites you to relax and enjoy the luxurious ambiance.

The living area is designed for comfort and style, featuring a plush, deep-seat sectional sofa, cozy chairs, and a cozy gas fireplace. A 65” Samsung Smart TV provides all your entertainment needs, and a private balcony just off the living room lets you soak in fresh mountain air and spectacular Jordanelle Reservoir views. Comfortable patio seating and a BBQ make it perfect for outdoor enjoyment.

This fully equipped chef’s kitchen boasts premium Viking stainless steel appliances, including a gas range and a refrigerator/freezer with an ice maker, and a convenient drip/Keurig coffee combo.
