Deer Valley Boulder Creek 1098 is conveniently located off Deer Valley Drive and is just under a mile to Deer Valley Resort, as well as Park City’s Historic Main Street. You will also find the stop for the free shuttle nearby, allowing you to take the bus throughout the area including Park City and Kimball Junction. This multi-level townhome features 1,700 square feet, four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, to easily accommodate ten guests in comfort. This location is ideal for winter skiing and summer adventures.
Entering the home through the garage door, you will be greeted by a small mud room with a convenient bench, coat hooks, and private laundry closet. A short walk up the stairs puts you into the main living area with living room, kitchen, and dining areas.
Living Room: The living room has plush sofa and loveseat, 65” Smart TV, a gas fireplace with a river rock front, and floor-to-ceiling windows for lots of beautiful natural light and views.
Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen space featuring stainless steel appliances including a gas range, and stone countertops. Have a snack at the kitchen bar with seating for three. Access the patio where you’ll find a gas BBQ grill.
Dining Room: Seating for up to eight guests. Step out onto the adjacent patio where you will find outdoor seating.

Master bedroom (upper level) — King size bed, 55” Smart TV, access to the hot tub patio, the private bath offers double sinks, a jetted tub and separate shower.
Bedroom 2 (upper level) – Queen size bed with desk and dedicated work area.
Bedroom 3 Second Master (main level) - King size bed, 55” TV with full ensuite.
Bedroom 4/bunk room (lower level)— Twin-over-twin bunks, two twin beds, 24” TV, patio access. The private bathroom offers a tub/shower combo.
Private hot tub: Yes, on patio adjacent to master bedroom
Laundry: Wash and dryer in laundry closet on garage level.
Parking: Private one-car garage, space for one vehicle in the driveway, and additional parking for one additional vehicle in first-come, first served community lot.
