Many of our vacation rentals in our portfolio are spacious condominium rentals located inside the many ski resorts of the city. Park City Elevation Estate is a separate, private home that offers 2,900 square feet of space. The home is just a few minutes away from the slopes, downtown, and many more parts of town. Park City Elevation Estate is renovated build that was completely redone in 2021 during the pandemic. The modern farmhouse style is a unique design for Park City and is completely inviting to all who come to visit. The two story property can be accessed through a two car garage that will lead you into a foyer. Head down the stairs and you will find yourself on the main floor.
Guests will find themselves in a spacious living room that features a vaulted cathedral ceiling. There is plenty of overhead lighting and vaulted windows to bring in natural lighting. A giant 77” inch Smart flat-screen TV is located on the wall and features all of your favorite streaming apps including Apple TV. You will have the full theatre experience with the subwoofer, speakers, and contemporary seating on the sectional sofa. A gas fireplace is located on the adjacent wall that will keep you warm all throughout the winter. The dining room table is off to the side with a farmhouse design and plenty of seating for your guests.
Just around the corner guests will find the gourmet kitchen ready to host your feast. This incredible room features granite countertops, a butcher block kitchen island, a Wolf gas oven/stove combo, and additional stainless steel appliances. The cabinets are stocked with everything you need to prepare your meal all you have to do is visit the local market for your ingredients. The kitchen also comes with convenient appliances such as a blender, coffee maker and grinder, and microwave so you can cook up a quick breakfast before you hit the slopes. The kitchen island also has barstool seating for additional room at dinner or to set up a weekend brunch. Or set up your meal on the patio deck where you can enjoy the warm summer temperatures and incredible views of Deer Valley off in the distance.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Park City Elevation Estate comes with a total of our bedrooms including a master suite located on the upper floor. This room offers plenty of luxurious features such as a plush king size bed, huge 55” flat screen TV, and a work area with a desk and laser printer. The room comes with an en suite bathroom with a beautiful natural stone finish along with a soaking tub, spacious walk in shower, and a dual vanity sink. The upper floor also comes with a guest bedroom with a queen size bed, wood plank flooring, a work area, and is right next to the guest bathroom that comes with a shower. The other two guest bedrooms are located on the lower level. The first comes with a queen size bed and is right next to the third bathroom located in the Park City property. The final bedroom is perfect for little ones as it has two twin over twin bunk beds and an en suite bathroom. There is plenty of room and privacy for everyone in your group.

The living areas and bedrooms are not just the only incredible features available inside Park City Elevation Estate. Many of our winter visitors are here for the slopes. Park City Elevation Estate features a ski room on the lower level where you can use a wax table to put your gear in the best condition possible. The spacious laundry room makes it easy to wash any clothing you have. A private hot tub is almost finished and should be ready for near future guests. The wireless internet in the home features the fastest speeds with speeds of up to 600 mbps. You will be just a short walk away from all of the many attractions in the city such as Historic Main Street. There are even ski slopes just outside the door approximately 300 steps away.
